Additional information

In order to register the public deed of sale, the buyer and the seller must be up to date with tax payments and with the presentation of declarations to the "Administración Tributaria". The Registrar approves solvency electronically and must note on the act which authorizes registration, the date and order number electronically given by the "Administración", proving solvency, insolvency or non-taxpayer status of the parties. To register this type of document it is not necessary to have any kind of written solvency from the "Ministerio de Hacienda".
